Arrival Time & Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving early allows you to find a good parking spot and to relax a bit before your treatment begins. Arriving late cheats you out of valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment may be given to other guest.
Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, be sure to give us at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your treatment.
We request at least 24 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
Same Day Bookings
Same day bookings must cancel 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. A 50% payment of the total price of the selected services via Credit Card deposit is required in order to reserve/schedule any services. On the day of your service, you may change which credit card you utilize for the final payment.
As a courtesy, once the appropriate communication information is provided, we will provide a reminder text message and email to confirm your appointment.
Please be advised that no one under the age of 18 is allowed. Please do not bring children or guests with you to your appointment.
Silence is Golden
We want to create an atmosphere that allows all our clients to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others and the tranquil silence inside the spa, please refrain from using cell phones -- all cell phones must be in silent mode.

Medical Conditions & Allergies - Please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Please Notify staff upon your appointment if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. We strive to personalize your treatment to meet any special needs and accommodations you require.

A:YOU CAN GET IT DONE DAILY BUT ITS NOT NECESSARY. WEEKLY OR BI WEEKLY SESSIONS ARE BEST.
Q: CAN I GET A YONI STEAM DONE WHILE ON MY PERIOD?
A:NO. YOU CAN HAVE IT DONE IF SPOTTING ONLY.
Q: CAN I URINATE DURING MY SESSION?
A: NO. YOU CAN USE THE RESTROOM AT ANYTIME DURING YOUR SESSION.
Q: CAN I HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT DURING MY SESSION?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT.

A: SHOWER OR WASH UP IS A REQUIREMENT BEFORE YOU ARE SERVICED.

If you have an irregular period schedule your appointment as soon as your cycle is finished, not when you are waiting for your period to come.
